Msight Analytics LLC maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Msight Analytics LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
Msight Analytics LLC provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Msight Analytics LLC authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials where it is allowed. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share, or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our courses, materials, and related services (“Services”) to you.

2. License to Contents
Subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://learn.msightanalytics.com/pages/privacy), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services.
As a User you warrant that you use the Site and Materials solely for the purpose of personal, professional, and/or organizational development. You also agree that you will not share access or access credentials to your account with any third party.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of or any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

Msight Analytics LLC welcomes your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding the Services ("Feedback"). By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you. By accepting your Feedback, Msight Analytics LLC does not waive any rights to use similar or related Feedback previously known to Msight Analytics LLC and its affiliates.
4. Third-Party Content and Hyperlinks
The Services allow you to access and/or use content provided by other Users and other third parties, including links to websites and services maintained by third parties. Msight Analytics LLC does not control such content, cannot guarantee that it will be free of objectionable, inappropriate, or otherwise harmful materials. Msight Analytics LLC has not reviewed all external websites whose links are made available in the Services and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Msight Analytics LLC may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
